Production introduction
The backstop can effectively prevent the retrograde or sliding accident of materials due to gravity; Moreover, in the backstop state, the whole driving device is still in the unloading state, which will not affect the maintenance and replacement of motor, reducer and other driving parts, and has reliable safety protection against retrograde accidents caused by damage to the driving system. The backstop is used for backstop protection of large inclined belt conveyor, bucket elevator and scraper conveyor. Other equipment should be used with reference. Note: the backstop cannot be used in manned systems, such as elevators and manned elevators, nor should it be used as the direct brake of equipment or its substitute. The backstop shall be installed and maintained correctly, lubricated and operated correctly during operation, and its operating speed, torque and other load conditions shall be within the application range, so as to successfully reach the rated power. The backstop does not guarantee the failure or poor operation caused by the dynamic vibration acting on the backstop by the direct drive or the installed drive system.
